Today I'm eating...

- coffee
- ff Lemon Parfait yogurt w/ blueberries, strawberries & Kashi Crunch
- ww English Muffin w/ hummus, tomatoes & melted light cheddar
- baby carrots, few olives, few pickles
- warmed chocolate Almond Breeze
- Special K bar
- dinner TBD - DBF is home tonight!!!!
- red wine :)

Activity: I put my lower back out yesterday so no gym for me...booooo, but I will walk the doggie

(New to your blog)- everyone seems to be into either the Almond Milks or Hemp Milks! IS Almond good? I used to make warm skim milk with sf vanilla syrup in the microwave! i adored that!

Back pain is lame!! Mostly stiff and achey, but enough that activity would make it worse. Stupid timing since I was all gung-ho for the gym this week. I blame all the shovelling.

Emma: thanks for stopping by! I like the Almond Breeze. It's somewhat like soy but not chalky at all. I warm the chocolate up like hot chocolate and it does the trick for a few less calories.

Your meals always sound so gourmet! What recipe do you use for hummus? I LOVe hummus! How many points do you count it as?
