Happy Weight

According to self.com's "Happy Weight" calculator, I should be ecstatic with my scale and where my weight consistently lands. For the last year, I've bounced between 151 and 155 pounds. Apparently it's the happiest place on earth....

What's your happy weight?
Eighty-seven percent of normal-weight women wish they weighed less. Stop aiming for an unrealistic goal and use this formula to get a healthy number that's easy for you to maintain without obsessing.

My Happy Weight?
How many calories do you need?
To maintain a healthy weight of around 152.0 pounds and fuel your current activity level, you need to take in about 2245.45 calories a day. (based on moderate activity)
What's your BMI?
Your BMI of 20.9 is within the healthy range of 18.5-24.9.
This means that your weight is not putting you at increased risk for health problems like heart disease, diabetes and some types of cancer.
(I don't know what Blogger's problem is today, but the spacing and formatting just won't save! Annoying!)

I like that calculator. It says mine should be between 152 nd 154. That's funny since that is pretty much what I weighed most of my life.

This time around I am trying to get 5-10 pounds less than that.
