This morning FH drove himself to work so I enjoyed a bit of a sleep in until it was time to start work.
Coffee and a cookie to start the day…
The cookie is in honor of the Bake Sale for Haiti! :) have you bid on a baked treat yet? hmmmmm?
I kept breaky lighter than usual knowing today is an off day from the gym.
Plain yogurt, sliced banana, sprinkle of hemp seeds, and drizzle of real maple syrup…
At lunch time, I finally got to try out the Booty Camp Fitness DVD I received last week. It’s tough to find alone time around here to test it out (and lord knows I’m not doing it in front of FH!). I mean, he’s at work during the day but I’ve usually already gone to the gym and work through my lunch hour.
So first, I opted for my hot pink workout gear…in honor of the Booty Camp ladies. :)
And my new lululemon Tracker Tight Crops. Yes, I’m actually showing a photo of my butt on the blog. I have no shame apparently. But the back of the crops are cute, no? ;)
Anywho…for my first attempt I chose a short program…Booty Booster. The Intro to Iron program doesn’t cover a lot of tushie workouts so I figured this was a good place to start. I mean…it IS “booty” camp afterall!
14 mins and my butt was screamin’!
Review #1 = A+ Hopefully I can walk tomorrow. :)
I made a quick lunch afterwards. Toast and a (no oil) fried egg.
With a side of cukes.
Conference call snacks included cantaloupe…
and peanut butter pretzels.
Our meeting ran long, I still have work to do, I am monitoring the bake sale and Twitter, need to eat dinner, and FH and I want to be out the door to a movie in 23 minutes. Gotta run!!
