What I Ate Today


1. Coffee with almond milk & water (x4 all day)

2. Overnight oats with raspberries and almonds.

3. World’s tiniest banana.

4. Breakfast cookie.

5. Chicken and Slaw Tacos (shredded grilled chicken and a quickie coleslaw made with yogurt in white corn tortillas).

6. Iced coffee with almond milk.

7. York peppermint patty.

8. Nettle-kopita with ‘Greekish’ salad and hummus.

9. Vanilla yogurt with Kashi Honey Almond Flax and diced plum.
